An internal team spearheaded the certification process earlier this year. According to Derek Koehler, Technical Services Manager at CRG and leader of this team, “Many of the aspects Ecovadis evaluated were already part of CRG’s operations. Our emphasis was on documenting our existing practices comprehensively for the audit. We started with simpler tasks and gradually progressed to larger projects requiring new policies.”
Ecovadis is the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, intelligence, and collaborative performance improvement tools for global supply chains. CRG’s bronze certification places it among the top 50 percentile of companies assessed within the Paper and Paper Products industry, considering its employee count of 100 – 199.
In addition to securing the Ecovadis bronze certification, Channeled Resources Group holds an ISO 9001 certification and proudly operates as a Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified woman-owned business.
