Catbridge Operator

Channeled Resource Group is seeking an experienced catbridge/winder operator to join our 3rd shift team. While experience is preferred, we will do on-the-job training for the right candidate. This is an entry-level job with many opportunities to advance in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Forklift experience or the ability to learn
• Ability to work safely and perform all physical duties of the job
• Experienced winder operator
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and mechanically inclined
• Ability to read orders and proficient computer skills
• Ability to produce quality work within company productivity standards

Requirements:

• This is a non-remote position at our Marathon, WI facility
• Prior forklift experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate with other employees in a positive manner
• Ability to work independently and/or a team player
• Safety minded
• Regular attendance

Shift Information:

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday OR 8:30 pm.m – 6:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday
• Overtime is scheduled as needed
• Starting wage of $19.00 per hour with a wage review after 60 days for a potential wage increase
• Shift differential $1.50/hour
