Customer service/Inside sales – Chicago

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting sales and customer service staff with any projects needed
  • Assists office staff in answering phones
  • Order entry
  • Maintaining house accounts
  • Managing incoming leads

Once trained:

  • Assisting customers with orders, issues, and inquiries.
  • The ability to communicate well with business owners and decision makers
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
  • Develops an understanding of pricing in the marketplace for the silicone release liner industry
  • Develops and maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, mailings, faxes and emails within their assigned customer base through Microsoft Outlook and CRM system
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals

Relationships and Roles:

  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
